AIpreneur Workshop, Tanzania 2024

On 28 September 2024, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, the AIpreneur Workshop, organized by Awqaf Africa, took place at the Andalusia Training Center, Kariakoo, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. This highly anticipated workshop provided 46 participants—both physical and virtual—with essential skills to leverage artificial intelligence (AI) for entrepreneurial growth. The event was designed to help young Tanzanian entrepreneurs integrate AI into their business ideas and operations, making it a transformative day of learning and innovation.

 

 

A Day of Innovation and Learning

 

The AIpreneur Workshop focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge on how AI can be used to generate business ideas, conduct market research, create strong brand identities, and develop SEO-optimized websites. It was a full-day event aimed at fostering creativity and business acumen through the use of AI technology. Participants, split into groups, engaged in interactive activities throughout the day, including brainstorming sessions, practical AI tool usage, and pitching their AI-enhanced business ideas.

Dedicated Program Committee and Trainers

 

The AIpreneur Workshop was expertly organized and overseen by the dedicated Program Committee led by Mr. Khalifa Saidi Khamisi. He was ably assisted by Mr. Said Kibwana and Cmd. Mubaraka Mbezi, with additional coordination provided by Country Supervisor Rahma Khalfan. Their hard work and dedication ensured the smooth execution of the entire program.
